This policy explains what personal data Revolwheel and this website handle. The data controller is Graphifier, operated by Bekir Çıtak, Türkiye. Contact: support@revolwheel.com.

This website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details. Creem shares with us your name, email address, the product and the order number so that we can provide your license and support.

The license server

When you activate a license, check it or start a trial, the software sends to our license server (run on Cloudflare):

• your license key (for a license);
• a one-way code made from your computer's ID (a hash; the ID itself is never sent);
• your computer's name, so you can tell your activations apart;
• which Revolwheel product it is.

We store this with the date of activation and of the last check, and for trials the date the trial started. We use it only to provide licenses and trials and to enforce the two-computer limit.

The software

Revolwheel does not send your files, documents or usage to us. Its settings and logs stay on your computer.

Problem reports

If you send a report from Revolwheel (Customize › Report a Problem), we receive what you write, your email address if you give it, and — only if you leave "Include technical details" ticked — the Revolwheel, Adobe app and Windows versions, your chamber and effect settings, your license status and the last lines of Revolwheel's log. We use this only to answer you and fix the problem, and keep it as long as needed for that.

How long we keep data

License and order records are kept while the license exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Trial records are kept so a trial cannot be started again on the same computer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@revolwheel.com. Deleting license data ends the license's activations.
